How to use Abacus Simulator
- Tap beads or use the arrow keys on a rod to set a number.
- Switch to Practice, pick a level and press New sum.
- Work left to right, ask for a hint when stuck, and check your answer.
What are the limits of Abacus Simulator?
A soroban with one heaven bead and four earth beads per rod, 5 to 13 rods. It teaches the bead moves, not speed: there is no timer, and multiplication and division are not included. Everything runs on your device.
