Move your CSS into inline styles so email apps show it properly, preview the result in light and dark mode, and check size and common Gmail and Outlook limits.
Use the guide alongside the working tool.
Open Email HTML Inliner →Get started
Paste your HTML email, or open an .html file.
Adjust and explore
Choose what to keep, then look at the light and dark preview.
Save and share
Fix anything in the client checks, then copy or download the inlined HTML.
Privacy and limits
Previews are an approximation, not real Gmail, Outlook or Apple Mail, so send a test before a campaign. Remote images and fonts are not loaded in the preview, and nothing is fetched. Dark mode shows your own dark styles, or a simple inversion if you have none. Your HTML stays on your device.
