llms.txt is a plain Markdown file at the root of your site that lists your best pages for AI tools: a title, a one-line summary, then sections of links with short notes. llms-full.txt holds the full text of those pages in one file.

Write a clear one-sentence summary; it is what AI tools read first.
Put less important pages under a section called Optional so short-context tools can skip them.
For llms-full.txt, indent each page's text by two spaces under its line.

Follows the llmstxt.org proposal: one H1, a blockquote summary, then H2 sections of '- [title](url): note' lists, with 'Optional' last. Sitemap <loc> entries are read as text; no page or sitemap is fetched. Runs in your browser.

How to use llms.txt Generator

Paste your sitemap.xml or a list of pages (one per line: url | title | description). Add # name, > summary and ## sections if you like.
Choose llms.txt or llms-full.txt and how to group the pages.

What are the limits of llms.txt Generator?

Works only on what you paste: it does not fetch your site, read your pages or follow sitemap links. Titles come from your list or from the URL, and llms-full.txt contains only the page text you add. The llms.txt format is a community proposal (llmstxt.org); no AI tool is guaranteed to read it. Your text stays on your device.
