How to use Random Group Generator
- Paste one name per line, or start from the sample.
- Choose the number of groups or the group size, and add any keep-apart or keep-together rules.
- Shuffle until you like the result, then copy, print or download it.
What are the limits of Random Group Generator?
Groups are balanced to within one person. If your rules cannot all be met, the tool says so instead of breaking one quietly. Shuffles are random but repeatable inside the page, not for cryptographic use. Names stay on your device.
