Include two-word phrases

Recruiters and applicant tracking systems often search for the words in a job posting. This tool lists the skills and repeated terms from the posting and shows which ones your resume already uses.

Use the posting's own wording when it is true for you, such as 'stakeholder management'.
Add missing skills you really have to your skills or experience section.
Do not copy keywords you cannot back up in an interview.

Skills come from a built-in list of common skills plus words and two-word phrases that repeat in the posting. Matching ignores case and simple word endings. The score weights skills and repeated terms more. Runs entirely in your browser.
