Use and export

Enter client, project and rate; add manual time or start a project timer.

Pause and save tracked time, review saved entries, and set currency/rounding/tax assumptions.

Save the active timer before exporting client/project reports or an editable draft.

Methods and limits

Up to 500 saved entries, each 1 second to seven days. One live project timer at a time, using monotonic browser timing; sleep may affect precision. The saved date is the chosen entry/start date. Manual minutes are rounded to seconds; live entries use completed seconds. Exact, nearest or round-up billing intervals are applied per entry before amount rounding to currency minor units. Nearest rounding can yield zero billed time for short entries; tracked time is retained. Nonbillable entries contribute time but no charge. Tax is a user-selected 0–50% estimate applied to subtotal, not a legal tax invoice. Currency changes reinterpret rates without FX conversion. Save or discard active time before importing/exporting.

Private processing

Entries, names, booking references, notes and timer state stay in browser memory. No uploads, account connections, external model calls or automatic storage. Refreshing clears the workspace; explicitly save a draft or export to keep your work. Downloaded reports contain entered information. No messages are sent to clients, colleagues or travel providers.
