Convert a chosen grams-per-kilogram factor into daily protein and per-meal amounts. Compare adult reference and activity ranges.
Use the guide alongside the working tool.
Open Protein Intake Planner →Use the tool
Choose units, measurements or a session preset. Review the supported scope beside the controls.
Adjust the plan and review the visual result. For a timer, select Start; Pause, Reset and Next remain available where applicable.
Save a private summary, schedule or log if offered. Nothing is uploaded or automatically saved.
Understand the method and limits
General adult reference is 0.8 g/kg/day; 1.2–2.0 g/kg/day is a broad athlete reference range. The selected factor is a planning assumption, not a personal recommendation. Not for children, pregnancy or clinical nutrition such as kidney disease. Meal splits are arithmetic, not meal prescriptions.
Keep your information private
Inputs and logs stay in page memory. No account, upload, health-data analytics, browser storage or medical-record synchronization. Leaving or refreshing the page can clear the session; explicitly downloaded files contain your information. Exports are local PNG/PDF summaries, CSV schedules or logs, and a sleep calendar where offered. These tools are for general planning and estimates, not diagnosis or individualized treatment.
