Use and export

Choose the date, planning window and timezone. Add tasks and fixed appointments.

Set estimates and order, choose whether tasks may split, then build the plan.

Review unplaced tasks and export the plan as CSV, PDF, PNG, ICS or an editable draft.

Methods and limits

A same-day clock window with up to 50 tasks and 30 non-overlapping fixed appointments. Fixed appointments must fit inside the window. Tasks follow list order; priority sorting is explicit. With splitting enabled, the entire task must fit across available gaps before any of it is scheduled. Unplaced tasks remain listed; unused time may include gaps too short for the next task. Times are resolved in the selected timezone before export; DST ambiguities are rejected. No automatic rescheduling or calendar-account access.

Private processing

Entries, names, booking references, notes and timer state stay in browser memory. No uploads, account connections, external model calls or automatic storage. Refreshing clears the workspace; explicitly save a draft or export to keep your work. Downloaded reports contain entered information. No messages are sent to clients, colleagues or travel providers.
