Total shifts, unpaid breaks, overnight work and overtime, with weekly summaries and pay estimates.
Use the guide alongside the working tool.
Open Work Hours & Timesheet Calculator →Use and export
Enter each shift-start date, clock times, unpaid break and overnight flag.
Choose overtime, week start, rounding and optional pay assumptions; calculate.
Review weekly totals and export the timesheet, report or editable JSON draft.
Methods and limits
Up to 366 entries. Clock spans are checked for overlap; an overnight shift must be explicitly marked and may span up to 24 hours. Unpaid breaks are subtracted before optional nearest-duration rounding. The shift-start date determines payroll day and week; overnight entries are not split at midnight. Daily/weekly thresholds are user assumptions, with overtime assigned once. Weekly regular capacity excludes daily overtime. Pay uses exact currency minor units and a chosen overtime multiplier, rounded per entry. These are estimates, not payroll-law compliance. The tool calculates clock durations without DST adjustment.
Private processing
Entries, names, booking references, notes and timer state stay in browser memory. No uploads, account connections, external model calls or automatic storage. Refreshing clears the workspace; explicitly save a draft or export to keep your work. Downloaded reports contain entered information. No messages are sent to clients, colleagues or travel providers.
