Run custom focus and break cycles with clear controls, optional sounds and a session report.
Use the guide alongside the working tool.
Open Focus Timer →Use and export
Choose a task and focus/break settings, or a preset.
Start, pause or skip a phase. Enable optional sounds or fullscreen if supported.
Pause to save a session snapshot. Reset to change the session settings.
Methods and limits
Focus blocks: 1–180 minutes, short breaks: 1–60, long breaks: 1–90, up to 12 blocks and 24 hours total. A long break follows every chosen Nth block, including the last block when it meets that boundary. No short break is appended after the final block. Controls use monotonic elapsed browser time and update when the tab becomes active. Device sleep can affect timing; closed tabs and suspended devices cannot guarantee alerts. Sound requires a user gesture and browser audio support. Elapsed blocks are timer progress, not verified work. Reset before changing an active session; pause to export.
Private processing
Entries, names, booking references, notes and timer state stay in browser memory. No uploads, account connections, external model calls or automatic storage. Refreshing clears the workspace; explicitly save a draft or export to keep your work. Downloaded reports contain entered information. No messages are sent to clients, colleagues or travel providers.
