Organize journeys, stays and activities across time zones, with elapsed times and connection checks.
Use the guide alongside the working tool.
Open Travel Itinerary Timeline →Use and export
Add journeys, stays or activities, with each local start/end time and timezone.
Set a home display zone and connection review threshold, then build the itinerary.
Review elapsed durations and flags, and download reports, CSV, ICS or an editable draft.
Methods and limits
Up to 100 user-entered items spanning 731 days. Transport/activities support durations up to 14 days, hotels up to 90 days. Departure and arrival have independent IANA timezones; elapsed duration is calculated from actual instants, including date-line and DST changes. Ambiguous/nonexistent local wall times are rejected. Hotel overlaps are excluded by default; other overlaps and transport connections below your chosen threshold are review flags, not minimum-connection-time guarantees. No live flight status, ticket lookup, booking or account access. Exports include references and notes you entered.
Private processing
Entries, names, booking references, notes and timer state stay in browser memory. No uploads, account connections, external model calls or automatic storage. Refreshing clears the workspace; explicitly save a draft or export to keep your work. Downloaded reports contain entered information. No messages are sent to clients, colleagues or travel providers.
