How to use Exam Photo & Signature Resizer
- Choose your exam and the document (photo, signature, thumb impression or declaration), or enter a custom size and KB range from your notification. Then add a clear photo or a scan on plain white paper.
- Frame it: zoom, move and straighten. For signatures, thumbs and declarations, ink clean-up turns the paper pure white and the ink solid black or blue. Add your name and the date under a photo if the notice asks for it.
- Create the JPG. The tool finds the best quality inside the KB range at the exact pixels, shows the final size and dimensions, and you download it ready to upload.
What are the limits of Exam Photo & Signature Resizer?
Everything runs in your browser; nothing is uploaded. Presets show typical limits from recent notifications, but portals change them between cycles, so always confirm against your current notification. If a file comes out below a portal's minimum, the tool first enlarges the image where larger dimensions are allowed; if it is still too small, it tells you and offers to pad the file with a hidden comment block, which leaves the image unchanged. It does not change your face, background or signature beyond the light and ink adjustments you choose.
