How to use Bill & Trip Expense Splitter
- Add the people, one per line.
- Add each expense with what it was for, the amount and who paid. Split it equally among chosen people, by shares (for example 2 for a couple) or by exact amounts.
- See each person's balance and the shortest list of payments to settle up, then copy the summary for your group chat.
What are the limits of Bill & Trip Expense Splitter?
Amounts are worked out to the paisa; any paisa left over after an equal split goes to the people with the largest remainders. Settling uses at most one fewer payment than the number of people, though in rare cases another arrangement could need fewer. Nothing is saved or shared: copy the summary to keep it. Supports up to 20 people.
