Work out fixed deposit and recurring deposit maturity with quarterly compounding, payout options, senior citizen rates, a yearly table and a TDS check.
Use the guide alongside the working tool.
Open FD & RD Calculator →Pick the exam and document
Choose fixed deposit or recurring deposit and enter the amount (or monthly instalment) and the bank's interest rate.
Frame and clean up
Set the tenure in years and months. For an FD choose whether interest is reinvested (and how often it compounds) or paid out monthly or quarterly; turn on the senior citizen rate if it applies.
Create and check
Read the maturity value and total interest, see the balance year by year, check whether TDS is likely, and copy the summary.
Privacy and limits
Uses the standard Indian bank methods: quarterly compounding for cumulative FDs and RDs, and discounted monthly payouts. Banks may round differently or use simple interest for short tenures, so results can differ by a few rupees. The senior citizen rate adds 0.5%, which varies by bank. TDS is a first-year estimate for one bank. Not financial advice.
