What are the limits of Currency Converter?
Rates are daily reference rates from the free Frankfurter service (central-bank sources including the European Central Bank), not the rate a bank, card or money changer will give you; those add a margin and fees. Rates update once a day on working days and some currencies lag by a day or more. The tool saves the last rates it fetched in your browser and uses them offline, showing their date. Only the rates request leaves your device; your amounts never do.
